Smart import
Traditionally, a key challenge in managing enquiries is convincing the other side of the transaction to use the platform to reply. However, our Smart Import facility does away with the need for other sides to use the platform. Even if they send in their replies to enquiries in letter format, PDF or email, the system matches the replies automatically, doing away with tedious cut and paste operations.
Microsoft Word support
We know many lawyers are understandably very comfortable working with Microsoft Word so we fully support it’s use. Enquiries are emailed as a Word attachment, along with any supporting documentation, so the receiving lawyer can reply directly within the document and store it in their own system. When they return the document back, their replies will be automatically inserted in the matter.
Smart Answers
The reality is that today, lawyers receive a large number of enquiries, many of which may not be relevant, and we need a way to deal with these. Smart Answers stores replies to enquiries, so when it is raised again, lawyers can select their previous reply, dramatically reducing the time spent rejecting unnecessary enquiries.

Enquiry precedents
Smart Enquiries are a library of precedents that lawyers can use, such as regular conveyancing questions, but there are specialist areas as solar panels, private drainage and oil tanks, all of which can be changed to meet the requirements for each case.For firms with their own precedents, there is support for new firm-wide libraries, or for individuals to create their own.
